A Fundamental Right

Although much has been written about fundamental human rights there is one right that may have been overlooked. This right includes the proposition that as human-beings, we have the right to control the destiny of all cells within the confines of our bodies. This should also be extended to include any manufactured enhancements within the confines of our bodies. This appears to be such a fundamental, yet overlooked, human right that one might wonder why it was never codified or expressed before now. I hope that this gains a wider audience with your approval.
